THERAPY FOR YOUNG ADULTS

Life can be full of big questions:

  • Who am I becoming?

  • What do I want?

  • Why does everything feel so hard right now?

I help young adults manage anxiety, relationship shifts, identity questions, burnout, grief, and emotional overwhelm. Together, we’ll work toward deeper insight and steady progress.

SUPPORT FOR TEENS AND CHILDREN

I work with kids and teens who are dealing with big emotions, family conflict, self-esteem issues, or academic stress. My goal is to create a space where they feel seen, supported, and equipped with tools that actually work.

PARENT AND FAMILY THERAPY

Sometimes families need support finding their way back to each other. I help caregivers navigate parenting stress, set clear boundaries, and reconnect with their children or teens with more confidence.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY FOR YOUTH WITH DISABILITIES

I offer individualized therapy for children and teens with a range of disabilities, including learning differences, developmental delays, physical disabilities, and neurodivergent profiles such as ADHD and autism. My approach is strengths-based, developmentally appropriate, and tailored to each young person’s unique abilities, challenges, and goals. Therapy may focus on building emotional regulation, social skills, self-advocacy, self-esteem, and coping strategies, while also supporting mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, and frustration related to school or peer relationships. With a background in school-based mental health and special education services, I bring an informed, collaborative perspective to supporting both youth and their families in navigating daily life, transitions, and long-term growth.

SPECIAL EDUCATION SUPPORT FOR PARENTS

Understanding the special education process can feel overwhelming. I provide one-on-one consultation for parents seeking clarity and support around IEPs, 504 plans, evaluations, and services. My goal is to help you feel confident and equipped to advocate for your child within the school system.

PARENT COACHING

Parenting can be deeply rewarding and incredibly challenging. My parent coaching services are designed to support you through the ups and downs of raising children and teens. Whether you're navigating behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, communication struggles, or the stress of school related challenges (including special education needs), I offer practical tools and compassionate guidance rooted in evidence-based approaches. Together, we’ll focus on building connections, setting healthy boundaries, and strengthening your confidence as a parent. Coaching sessions are collaborative, and tailored to your family's unique values and goals.
