ABOUT US
SUPPORT THROUGH LIFE’S TRANSITIONS
Hi there! It's great to connect with you! I’m Sarah Haase, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who helps youth, families, and young adults navigate life’s transitions with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools for change. Many of my clients are adolescent youth and young adults in their 20s or 30s, trying to balance relationships, family dynamics, mental health, work, and identity. Whether you’re facing burnout, anxiety, grief, or just feeling lost or uncertain, I’m here to support you through the messy middle.
MY APPROACH
I provide personalized, comprehensive care that reflects each client’s specific challenges and strengths. My style is down-to-earth and collaborative; I’ll meet you where you are, with compassion and clarity. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about helping you identify what truly matters, break free from unhelpful patterns, and build confidence in your decisions and direction.

When working with children, teens, or families, I bring the same grounded presence, while tailoring the process to each person’s developmental stage and lived experience.
My work is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, and a strengths-based perspective. I specialize in supporting clients with generalized anxiety, OCD, stress management, mood disorders, depression, grief, and life transitions.

A BIT MORE ABOUT ME
I’ve been working in the mental health field since 2015. In 2018, I relocated from Atlanta, Georgia, to Orange County, California, where I continue to live and practice. My passion has always been supporting youth, young adults, and families through life’s many transitions. As someone who vividly remembers the challenges of adolescence navigating relationships, struggling with self-image, and managing academic pressures, I bring both personal understanding and professional expertise to my work.
Over the past decade, I’ve served in school districts as a school counselor, mental health specialist, and Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) provider, supporting students with special education needs. In my private practice, I work with children, teens, young adults, and families facing a range of concerns, including communication difficulties, anxiety, depression, stress, work and academic pressures, social anxiety, OCD, ADHD, learning differences, and grief.
I currently offer telehealth services to clients in California, Georgia, and Florida. If you’re looking for therapy that is supportive, thoughtful, and grounded in real-life experience, let’s connect!
